W10 to change jurisdictional status to FERC
Now it’s even easier for you to capture additional value at Washington 10. One simple hub services agreement allows you to conduct all these transactions:
- No-cost title transfers
- No-cost wheel to hub
- Low cost wheel from hub ($0.005 per Dth)
There is no cost to set up a Hub Services contract and a storage contract is not required.
Getting started is easy.. Just complete and return the Hub Services Agreement*.

DTE Gas Storage Getting Started
We are happy to have you on board with us. Please use the links below to begin working with us.
Washington 10 does not have a master agreement. Every deal is a new contract, either a Storage contract or a Park & Loan contract. We recommend your legal department review our FERC Statement of Operating Conditions and the Standard Forms of Agreement therein. After legal review is complete, we can begin discussing specific opportunities.
- Shipper User Access Form
The “New Shipper User Request Form” gives us all the information we need in order to create a paper contract and set up User IDs and Passwords for your employees.
- Hub Services Agreement – Hub Services include wheeling, title transfer, and buy-sell transactions at the Washington 10 Hub. To utilize this service fill in the blanks on the Hub Services Agreement and a Hub Services contract will be created for your company.
